- Reservation Cancellations: Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows: If you fail to pick up the car at the scheduled time and do not cancel the reservation, a no-show fee will be charged.
- Changes to Reservation: Changes to the reservation such as date, time, or vehicle type can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Changes made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time may be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Early Returns: If you return the car earlier than the agreed return date, no refund will be given for the unused days.
- Late Returns: If you return the car later than the agreed return date without notifying us, additional charges may apply.
