- Reservation Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows: If you do not pick up the car at the scheduled time and do not cancel the reservation, you will be charged a no-show fee.
- Early Returns: If you return the car earlier than the agreed return date, no refund will be given for the unused days.
- Late Returns: If you return the car later than the agreed return date without notifying us, additional charges may apply.
- Damage to the Vehicle: If the vehicle is returned with damage, the cost of repair will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
- Fuel Policy: The car should be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental. If not, the cost of fuel will be deducted from the refund.
- Traffic Violations: Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the refund.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
